Traveling Superintendent
We’re hiring a Traveling Superintendent to help lead commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role requires regular travel across the U.S. and strong field leadership.

The Superintendent will oversee subcontractors, keep projects on schedule and within budget, and ensure high-quality work. A strong focus on safety, communication, and planning is key.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations on-site

• Manage crews and subcontractors

• Monitor schedules, quality, and progress

• Track project updates and paperwork

• Work closely with the project manager

• Enforce safety procedures and site rules

• Solve problems quickly to keep things moving

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience

• Strong leadership with crews and trades

• Experience managing multiple scopes of work

• Knowledge of safety requirements and jobsite coordination

• Comfortable reading plans and specs

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Project, Procore, and similar tools

• Ability to work independently and adapt as needed

• Travel is required

• A degree in Construction Management or similar is a plus

• Federal or DOT project experience is a plus
