Position Summary:

Voltaris Power LLC is a Private Equity backed, industry-leading company providing custom engineered solutions and electrical products such as low- and medium-voltage switchgear, dry-type power transformers, unit substations and automatic transfer switches, catering to a diverse North American market. The company has over $70+ million in annual revenues $15+ million in Adjusted EBITDA and approximately 100 employees. The company is actively pursuing various acquisition opportunities ranging from $10-100M+ in Adjusted EBITDA as part of its value creation plan to strategically scale and diversify product portfolio, customer base and end market.

We are seeking a customer-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative on-site at our Goodyear, AZ facility. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.

Position responsibilities as follows:

• Enter all orders for product from information provided by reps and customers in an efficient and accurate

manner. Resolves errors and order holds in the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system so orders can be

processed accurately and timely for shipment and invoicing.

• Seek and obtain answers on orders until problems are solved and/or tasks are completed.

• Invoice all product which is shipped from the rep warehouse as advised by reps.

• Track and verify receipt by rep for all stock replenishment shipments. Advise logistics coordinator of all

discrepancies between shipping and receiving documents on replenishment shipments.

• Manage customer returns and damage claims to recover costs and return the product to the manufacturing

facility.

• Participate in Production Posting meetings to ensure customer orders are designed, manufactured and shipped

on time.

• Initiate document necessary for re-name plating units. Obtain confirmation from the rep location which is

making the change and make sure the inventory is adjusted so the shipment can be made

Education or Equivalent (any of these may apply):

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.

• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience necessary
