Warehouse Associate I

• Must have Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Must have good customer service phone skills (They will be calling locations to schedule a pick up of our empty packaging or temperature monitors)
•  Assemble ready-for-use packaging systems for pick ups
• Cold chain management of shipments in all temperature ranges
• Create shipment documentation as necessary
• Inventory management of packaging systems and components
• Understanding principals of cold chain management
• Gel pack inventory management
• Reusable packaging refurbishment
• Understanding WC operating systems including WorldStar and Opstar
• Safe handling of dry ice and shipment replenishment
• Forklift certification (not a requirement)
• Understanding TempTale device procedures
• Issuing airline airway bills for domestic and international non-rev shipments and return packaging assets
• Complete GxP documentation logs
• Identification of shipping documentation requirements
• Identifying product keeping temperature and replenishment needs
