We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who is friendly, organized, and ready to create an exceptional first impression for our customers!

What You’ll Do:

✅ Answer and route all incoming phone calls on multi-line phone system
✅ Route voice mail messages to appropriate personnel
✅ Maintain and be proficient on functionality of phone system
✅ Greet office guests/vendors/applicants entering the lobby
✅ Keep the front office running smoothly and provide administrative support related duties
