Description:
We're looking for a motivated and skilled installer to join our growing team! This position involves installing epoxy floor coatings and concrete polishing on residential and commercial projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Prep concrete surfaces (grinding, patching, crack repair)

• Install epoxy floor systems (flake, metallic, urethane cement, etc.)

• Operate concrete polishers and grinders for polished concrete floors

• Mix and apply coating materials per manufacturer specs

• Load, unload, and maintain job site equipment

• Work as part of a professional, detail-oriented crew

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in floor coatings and/or concrete polishing

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic, good attitude, and attention to detail

• Comfortable with physical work in various conditions

• Ability to travel to job sites and work occasional long days
