Pay: $56,000 - $65,000 Annually

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, nights and weekends as needed

Are you a strong recruiter who loves connecting people to purpose? We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to guide a recruitment operation and help grow a passionate, diverse team across Oʻahu. In this role, you’ll manage the daily work of our acquisition team, support hiring managers through the recruitment process, and champion inclusive, values-driven hiring practices. As Talent Acquisition Manager you will recruit, coordinate, and coach, all while helping improve systems that make our hiring process more efficient and equitable.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES:

·         Serve as the point person for recruitment needs across the association

·         Supervise and support acquisition staff in their daily work

·         Post jobs, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews and offers

·         Work with HR and leadership on improving candidate experience and outreach

·         Help track key metrics and ensure legal compliance in hiring

·         Attend job fairs and community outreach events

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition; nonprofit experience preferred
• 1+ years of supervisory experience  
• Strong understanding of employment law   
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
