SoFlo Customs is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk / Finance Assistant to join our growing team. This is a dual-role position supporting both our title processing and finance departments. Responsibilities:

Title Clerk Duties

• Process out-of-state and in-state title & registration paperwork

• Prepare payoff checks, title packets, and lien releases

• Ensure accuracy of all title documents and compliance with DMV regulations

• Track title work and follow up with customers for missing documentation

Finance Assistant Duties

• Support finance managers with deal paperwork

• Assist with contract accuracy and compliance

• Maintain customer files and ensure clean documentation for auditing

✅ Requirements:

• Prior experience in both automotive title processing and finance office required

• Familiarity with DMV regulations, lender portals, and dealership DMS systems 

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Professional, dependable, and a team player
