NAPA Auto Parts Counter Sales Associate

Full-time / Part-time

As a Counter Sales Associate at NAPA Auto Parts, you will be the face of the store, assisting customers with their automotive parts needs. You will provide expert guidance, process transactions, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for both retail and wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Assist customers in finding the right auto parts and solutions

• Sales Support: Process sales transactions, handle inquiries, and provide product recommendations

• Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels, organize merchandise, and assist with receiving shipments

• Technical Assistance: Use electronic and paper cataloging systems to locate parts

• Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent service

  Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems (preferred).

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable using computers and cataloging systems

• Ability to lift merchandise up to 60 lbs. and stand for extended periods
