We are seeking a Controller to become an integral part of our dynamic team! You will manage the company’s financial records and accounts, providing accurate and timely reporting to the owner.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounting, including billing, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, and revenue recognition
• Monitor cash and funding balances to ensure financial health
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounts in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Manage Human Resource processes and compliance
• Perform additional controller duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in Sage 100 accounting software a plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, cost accounting, and GAAP
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
