ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and handle daily troubleshooting of servers, as well as manage and maintain the local VMware private cloud.
• Conduct routine maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of the company's operating systems (Linux/Windows) to ensure stable and efficient system operation.
• Oversee routine maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of the company's database systems (Oracle/SQL Server) to ensure stable and efficient system operation.
• Manage and maintain the company's Microsoft AD, DNS, Exchange, FileServer, and Microsoft365.
• Responsible for backing up and restoring business systems and databases as needed.
• Respond to and resolve emergencies in the production environment (ERP/WMS/BPM/MES, etc.) to minimize system downtime.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, including operation manuals, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Complete other IT-related tasks as assigned by the Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or a related field.
• At least 3 years or more of experience in operating systems, application operations, and database management.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining Linux/Windows operating systems is highly required.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining Oracle/SQL Server databases.
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, with the ability to quickly respond to and resolve production environment issues.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit, with a strong ability to work under pressure.
