Job Details

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will install, maintain, and service HVAC systems, air filtration units, and mechanical equipment on job sites. You’ll work hands-on to ensure clean air systems are functioning efficiently and safely, while delivering excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, air purifiers, filtration systems, and related mechanical components.

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on clean air equipment.

• Conduct airflow tests, filter changes, and inspections in compliance with industry standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Accurately document work performed and communicate findings to clients and supervisors.

• Ensure all work complies with safety codes, company policies, and job site requirements.

• Maintain clean, organized tools, equipment, and company vehicles.

• Travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical service, or air quality systems.

• Strong understanding of airflow, filtration, and mechanical troubleshooting.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or HVAC certification a plus.
