OVERVIEW

A Property Management and Development company is looking to add a Commercial Property Manager to our team. Position offers a great opportunity for exposure to a variety of asset classes including commercial, industrial, mixed-use residential, and solar operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Day-to-day management of assigned properties, including tenant relations, capex and maintenance activities, collections, and lease negotiations.
• Manage the marketing and lease-up of vacancies.
• Regularly tour properties to ensure they are well-maintained.
• Work closely with clients to define project goals, objectives, and priorities. Develop strong trust and performance driven relationships with client and project stakeholders. Report project status regularly to project team and client.
• Negotiation of contractor and vendor contracts.
• Review and track project invoices to ensure invoice amounts align with adjusted contract value and work completed to date. Evaluate and negotiate contractor’s pay requests and change order requests.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong work ethic, high degree of professionalism with the ability to work with little supervision, handle multiple tasks in an organized manner, produce quality work and meet strict deadlines.
• Demonstrates good judgment and develops common sense solutions to problems.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must work well in a fast-moving high expectation environment including managing multiple projects in various phases in various locations at any given time.
