Job Details

We are looking for an HVAC Mechanic & Electrician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Electrician Responsibilities:

• Safely install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment.
• Continuously evaluate and analyze electrical quality and safety processes and procedures.
• Use strong communication skills to establish and maintain good working relationships with other mill departments.
• Modeling, implementing, and complying with all company safety rules and industry standards
• Utilize troubleshooting skills to assist in designing and repairing electrical systems
• Experience with hydraulics, welding, and pneumatics.
• Three-phase systems
• Transformers
• Periodic travel required

HVAC Responsibilities:

• Services maintain and repairs heating and air conditioning-related equipment
• Recommends, develops, or performs preventive or general maintenance procedures, such as cleaning, power-washing, or vacuuming equipment, oiling parts, or changing filters; advise others on issues related to repairs, installation, or equipment design.
• Diagnoses causes of problems and/or failures in commercial heating and air conditioning systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs.
• Repairs or services ventilating, air conditioning & heating systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts, or refilling non-toxic refrigerants.
• Repairs or replaces defective equipment, components, or wiring; services systems or components; repairs or replaces worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts.
• Inspects and tests systems to detect and locate malfunctions; inspect systems to determine if they are operating properly.
• Operates company vehicle; maintains the cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.

Construction

• Construction background is a plus
• General knowledge of plumbing, sheetrock, and demo

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Periodic travel required
