Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 5:00 AM, Weekends as needed

About the Role:

A fast-growing national staffing company is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Wilmington location. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in early mornings, fast-paced environments, and is ready to take full ownership of a branch’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and operate the branch daily at 5:00 AM
• Manage daily dispatch and workforce coordination
• Oversee all branch operations and ensure smooth execution
• Drive branch growth through client development and operational excellence
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of internal staff and field employees
• Report directly to the Director of Operations

Qualifications:

• Staffing industry experience is a major plus
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
