Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to oversee the daily accounting operations of our growing organization of 200+ employees. This hands-on role is responsible for managing accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QuickBooks, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily AR/AP functions

• Perform and review account reconciliations

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries

• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes

• Generate financial reports and support audits

• Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP standards

• Supervise accounting staff and coordinate with other departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Controller or senior accounting role

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks

• Excellent knowledge of reconciliations and financial reporting

• Experience in a company with 200+ employees preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus)
