This Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations to ensure the efficient production of high-quality goods. This role involves managing teams, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. This Plant Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to align production activities with business goals and strategic objectives. Imperative that the manager has experience with PRODUCTION PLANNING!

Bachelors in business, engineering or manufacturing

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control systems
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for production planning and monitoring.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale production facilities and driving operational improvements.

Spanish Speaking (Bilingual) a plus!
