Job Details

The successful Sales Representative will be able to:

• Manage existing customers for daily order taking, increase sales, and grow the territory.
• Proactively call on new accounts, identify key contacts, and develop a business relationship.
• Ability to market, sell, close deals, communicate, negotiate and solve problems.
• Service and build existing client accounts. Evaluate customer needs and recommend products and/or solutions, introduce new products and promote sales and special events.
• Oversee all aspects of order fulfillment from sale to delivery, including Pulling/Packing orders, when needed.
• Participate in sales meetings, support company/sales initiatives and objectives.
• Must be able to communicate in Spanish at a basic to intermediate level.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years similar Sales experience (floral industry preferred)
• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Strong Sales Techniques/Abilities
• Strong organizational, time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good Computer Skills (w/ MS Office knowledge)
• Good Mobile Phone Skills
• Availability Monday – Friday, as well as some Saturdays and Holidays.

Job Functions:

• Manage Web Orders and Web Inventory
• Bend, stop and grasp objects.
• Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat.
• Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 25 pounds.
• Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling fine manipulation.
• Environmental exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, outdoors,etc.)
• Required Experience: Sales 1 year
• Required license or certification: Valid Driver’s License
