Our company is currently seeking ​a SHAREPOINT MANAGER to join our team! You will be responsible for administering, managing and customizing SharePoint for our company.

• Provide front end administration and development in SharePoint Server to include document management, automated workflow, collaboration, messaging, and content management
• Develop custom views, lists, libraries and integrate enterprise content with SharePoint to include content formatting, personalization, workflow and restricting access to content
• Implement methods and procedures for stable configuration and control of application updates and changes
• Develop and assist with software documentation such as design documents, version description documents and user manuals
• Collaborate with technical staff to understand and develop resolutions to software problems
• Prepare and deliver written and oral communications
• Monitor and respond to SharePoint support help requests
• Create simple and easy-to-follow written training materials and documentation for TNI

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience
• Must be customer service oriented, focusing on both internal and external clients
• Strong Excel, Access and PowerPoint, basic database skills required
• Good command of written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Be able to handle a request end-to-end independently
• Experience performing Impact analysis, Root cause analysis across various components
• 2-5 years of IT related systems deployment, operation, and support experience
• 3+ years of development experience with custom SharePoint solutions that includes using InfoPath, Workflow, and SharePoint Designer
