Hospital Delivery Operations Associate
Bethesda, Maryland

MUST:
Experienced Hospital Delivery Operations Associate
Must have 2 plus years of experience as Service Technician
Must be able to lift 100 plus pounds
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have minor repair experience
Must have experience reading flow meters and pressure gauges
Must be able to walk long distances to deliver heavy materials across campus
Must have strong customer service experience
Must be able to function independently
Experience loading and pushing pallets highly preferred

DUTIES:
Hospital Delivery Operations Associate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Ensuring timely, accurate, and safe delivery of supplies and equipment
Execute scheduled and on-demand deliveries within the premises
Unload trucks onto a pallet jack
Secure all cylinders on dolly cart
Transport materials on pallets
Maintain detailed delivery logs and documentation
Coordinate with teams to ensure deliveries are executed at correct times
Assist in inventory checks and restocking
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure secure transport of materials
Handle, load, unload and organize high pressure and cryogenic cylinders
Ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded using designated software systems
Change out and repair pressurized cylinders
