ENV Services, Inc has been a nationally respected leader in calibration, certification and decontamination services. We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant. This position is integral in delivering exceptional customer service and support, provides quotes, work orders, scheduling, and other clerical and administrative duties and support to our team.

Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be working within and supporting your team and providing customer satisfaction to current and potential customers. Involves quoting services to existing and new customers, making recommendations for new opportunities, scheduling technicians and coordinating service. You will support both the internal associates and external customers.

Qualifications

• Our ideal candidate is friendly and engaging, organized, flexible and willing to learn.
• Communication and multi-tasking skills are a must.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to stay positive and calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office -Word, Excel, Outlook.
• 1-3 years of administrative experience.

Position Requirements

• Position is located in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
• Work location – In person (10:00am – 7:00pm).
