Job Overview:
Mark A. Perrotti, M.D. LLC is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide primary care to adult patients at our busy, well-established internal medicine practice in Branford, Connecticut. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a supportive environment, competitive salary, and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients

• Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to ensure continuity of care

• Accurately document patient visits using an Electronic Health Record (EHR)

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (phone-only)

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut APRN license (required)

• Board Certification through AANP or ANCC (required)

• Current DEA license (required)

• Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration (required)

• Experience with EHR systems or ability to learn quickly

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Salary:

• $110,000 – $130,000 annually, based on experience
