Confidential Director of Operations – QSR Group (Cleveland, OH)
Quick Service Restaurant – Multi-Unit Leadership Role

A rapidly expanding Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) group is seeking a Director of Operations to lead 4–6 locations across the greater Cleveland metro area. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a driven multi-unit operator with a track record of coaching GMs, developing high-performance teams, and consistently delivering results.

What You’ll Do:

As Director of Operations, you’ll serve as a critical field leader—supporting, guiding, and holding accountable a team of General Managers. Your mission is to ensure excellence in operational execution, guest service, sales growth, and team culture across all assigned units.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct oversight of 4–6 QSR restaurant locations
Lead, coach, and mentor General Managers to strengthen performance and drive results
Conduct regular site visits, operational audits, and performance reviews
Monitor and improve P&L performance across the market
Support strong hiring, onboarding, and development pipelines
Uphold company standards for food safety, service, and brand integrity
Serve as a culture champion and strategic field partner to senior leadership

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $120,000–$125,000 (based on experience)
Bonus: Monthly performance-based bonus plan
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (starting first of the month after hire)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

3+ years of experience as a multi-unit operator in QSR or fast-casual environments
Strong grasp of restaurant P&Ls, labor optimization, and operational systems
Proven success building culture, improving guest metrics, and managing performance
Ability to lead through influence, develop people, and manage priorities across locations
Based in Cleveland, OH or within reasonable commuting distance (no relocation support)
Willingness to travel regularly between restaurant locations
