Clarity Healthcare is a new telehealth provider offering guidance and care for women experiencing peri-menopause, menopause and/or other related symptoms. We are looking for a nurse practitioner to conduct pre-screening of patients to determine whether to refer them to an OB-GYN or direct them to over-the-counter treatment.

We are an experienced team of healthcare and e-commerce professionals, and our objective is to help women to cut through the noise around Menopause and empower them to make confident and informed decisions about their care and their overall wellness.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct virtual consultations, providing expert care and personalized guidance on health concerns for women.

• Develop and oversee tailored treatment plans that promote optimal wellness and address individual needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic and comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records while adhering to regulatory standards.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in telemedicine and health optimization to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner license. Ideally in multiple states.

• Experience in telehealth and remote patient care.

• A passion for improving health outcomes for women. Ideally experience and background treating women with Menopause.

• Strong communication skills and proficiency with telemedicine platforms.

• Self-motivated professionals who thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.
