Talent Partner
Pride Health is hiring a Talent Partner to support our client’s medical facility based in Oklahoma.
This is a 3-month contract with competitive pay and benefits, and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Title: Talent Partner
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (74136)
Assignment Length: 3 Months Contract.
Pay Rate Range: $25 – $29/hour on W2.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (8*5), but they should be flexible with the schedule.
Job Summary
The talent partner is responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment success for assigned units. This position delivers high-quality candidates. Creates and delivers a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and service.
Job Duties
· Identify and engage candidates through proactive approaches.
· Review, pre-screen, and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge about position requirements.
· Processes internal transfer requests.
· Presents candidate pool to the hiring manager promptly.
· Regular follow-up with respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
· Determines compensation offers through application of authorized methodology and extends job offers.
· Initiates post-offer processes upon candidate acceptance of the contingent offer.
· Coordinates and attends recruitment events.
· Reconciles computer reports: recruitment work list to position control and to position manager to ensure consistent reporting statistics.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a closely related field.
· 2 years of recruitment experience.
· Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
· Experience with Workday would be ideal.
· Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
· Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and efficiently.
· Strong knowledge of general human resources practices, including state and federal regulations related to employment.
· Working knowledge of effective recruiting/marketing strategies.
· Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
· Working knowledge of electronic reporting and communication systems.
