Job Details

As a Bakery Assistant, you’ll support our head bakers and decorators in daily production and help ensure our kitchen runs smoothly. You'll also assist with prep work, packaging, inventory, and cleanliness. This is an excellent entry-level role for someone who wants to grow in the baking industry.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in baking, decorating, and prepping baked goods

• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients

• Package and label products for orders and displays

• Keep kitchen and prep areas clean, organized, and sanitized

• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed

• Receive deliveries and ensure proper storage

• Occasionally assist with customer orders or front-of-house support

Requirements:

• Prior bakery, kitchen, or food prep experience is a plus, but not required

• Reliable, punctual, and coachable

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
