5 month contract 

Key Accountabilities

 

·        Deliver high quality financial analysis for product category, brand, and market using data to deliver commercially relevant insights. Perform advanced financial modelling, profitability analysis, monitoring business issues and impact to the bottom line, as well as analysing proposed introduction of new products and actionable insights is expected.

·        Collaborate with business directors to track business goals, prospects/pipelines and client profitability, and provide timely and relevant reporting and insights in these areas to the business.

·        Performing monthly variance analysis of financial results, review with commercial business leaders to ensure understanding of the drivers and corresponding risk, controlling of selling and distribution expenses.

·        Prepare and manage of budgets and rolling forecasts (sales and selling expenses) and management of business reviews of actuals vs forecasts.

·        Managing customers contracts, liaison with Legal Counsel and Business Directors, and also managing contracted sales targets, incentive programs.

·        Coordination with cross functional teams to ensure right level of operation controls and governance requirements compliance.

·        Leveraging BI tools (Tableau) to provide visibility of business performance and for better risk controls.

 

Desired Skills / Experience:

 

·        Strong preference for candidates from manufacturing and export business environment

·        Superior proficiency with ERP (Oracles) and Microsoft Excel

·        Highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, demonstrated teamwork skills

·        Demonstrated excellent analytical, project management and financial skills

·        Operates within a team and independently

·        Ability to balance and manage varying tasks with different skill requirements in a productive and effective manner

·        Candidate with the following experiences is preferred:

·        Financial simulation model

·        Geographical, products, costs walkthrough analysis

·        Supply chain coordination

·        Inventory monitoring

·        Costs control, marketing costs, selling expenses, etc.

·        Sensitive to market rates movements, foreign exchange, raw material, etc. how to blend into financial analysis

·        Operation exposure (example credit risk management, demand supply assessment, contract management)
