Sinai Nursery School is looking for full time and part time preschool teachers.

Our staff is made of loving and dedicated teachers who understand that each child has individual needs. They are highly qualified, creative and energetic childhood educators who enjoy being part of a great team!

Job requirements:

• Child Development Permit issued by California Commission on Teacher Credentials or at least 6 ECE semester units.
• Previous experience in a licensed childcare center (minimum 6 months)
• Ability to communicate positively with children, adults and other staff members.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
• Ability to take directions, work effectively as part of team, and work independently.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children
• Must be able to go with the flow! We follow a daily routine but working with young children requires the ability to multitask, laugh and be flexible.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and guidance
- Encourage physical activity through games, outdoor play, and structured physical education lessons
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
