- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize team performance and revenue.
- Monitor and maintain real-time performance dashboards to promote visibility, accountability, and friendly competition.
- Design and manage incentive and recognition programs that reward excellence and drive motivation.
Team Leadership & Coaching

- Foster a culture of communication and collaboration with a strong emphasis on verbal and in-person interaction.
- Mentor lead sales representatives and team members to support professional development and internal growth.
Operational Management & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for all sales operations, ensuring timely and professional communication with other departments.
- Manage team schedules to ensure appropriate coverage, shift rotation, and operational continuity using platforms such as Deputy, Fare Harbor, and OptiSign.
- Personally verify tour counts directly from the ship to maintain inventory accuracy and efficiency.
- Actively resolve issues as they arise, maintaining alignment across sales and operational teams.
- Lead with a high level of accountability, setting and upholding clear expectations for team performance and conduct.
Team Culture & Environment
- Lead by example with professionalism, dependability, and excellence in every aspect of your role.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment that encourages collaboration and celebrates team wins.
- Maintain high morale by recognizing achievements, promoting teamwork, and managing challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
Strategic & Analytical Responsibilities
- Develop and refine department-wide sales strategies that align with broader organizational goals.
- Analyze sales metrics and trends to inform decisions, improve processes, and identify new opportunities for growth.

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in sales.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- High level of organizational, strategic, and problem-solving capability.
