We are seeking a Personal Home Health Aide to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to the patient
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Assist client with bathing and getting dressed
• Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication

Qualifications:

• Experience with visually impaired patients
• Alzheimer's, Dementia and memory care experience
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Perform light housekeeping
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
