We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Data Entry Specialist located ON-SITE in Irvine, CA. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality work, providing an engaging and fulfilling environment for our employees, while managing significant and profitable growth.

The Mortgage Data Entry Specialist is responsible for managing the third-party queue of deals submission from both internal and external parties. The job duties include working closely with internal Management/Departments and third-party servicers to ensure the submissions are submitted to RMS as required.

To be successful in the role the analyst will have to be detailed oriented, experience with data entry, organized, flexible, excellent communication skills and basic mortgage knowledge.

Data Analyst Responsibilities:

• Manage a 3rd party queue and internal email communications related to third party deals.
• Process and maintain data according to investor, servicer and/or mortgage compliance guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues with reporting database environment and reports.
• Provide regular reporting on specific tasks related to data variance.

· Assist with extra work which may include surveillance reviews or data management.

Education/Knowledge:

Prefer: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science or mathematics.

Skills

• 2+ years’ experience as a mortgage data analyst
• Strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills.
• Well versed in advanced Excel
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
