Crown Restoration is growing, and we’re looking for an organized, high-performing Dispatcher to join our fast-paced team! If you thrive under pressure, love coordinating people and resources, and have experience using ServiceTitan, we want to hear from you.  This job is not remote and is located in the San Antonio, Texas area.

What You’ll Do:

• Dispatch technicians efficiently based on availability, skill set, and location

• Monitor job progress, technician statuses, and workflow through ServiceTitan

• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates

• Coordinate with project managers and field staff to ensure service excellence

• Assist with scheduling follow-ups and emergency service calls

• Keep detailed records of all job activity and technician notes

• Participate in the on-call rotation to support after-hours emergency dispatching
