Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Planner for our global technology client working onsite in Redmond, WA.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Inventory Planner to join our team. This role requires strong execution of data and operational processes, with a company-wide mindset and a passion for supporting cross-functional and cross-business initiatives. Pay: $28.50/hr. to $30.00/hr - based on experience

Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 5:00pm to 3:30am or Wednesday - Saturday 5:00pm to 3:30am PST

Location: Redmond, WA

Contract Duration: 6 month, possible extension

Responsibilities:

• Ensure data accuracy across tools and systems to enable smooth operations.
• Oversee inbound shipments, including purchase order (PO) tracking, fill rates, maintenance, and vendor communications.
• Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to assess and determine replenishment needs.
• Execute tasks across a variety of PO, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reporting tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inventory specialist-inventory control related role
• Must have Warehouse experience with the ability to lift 50 pounds, stand throughout potentially whole shift, bend, stoop, and twist.
• Possess good written and oral communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel and comfortable navigating business software and inventory systems.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; team-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Adaptable and solutions-oriented, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
