Must be able to interpret contract documents, architectural drawings and specifications (homes, towns, industrial, highrise). Estimate using Planswift with the ability to integrate with AI assisted take-off tools. Duties include construction estimation and project management. Detail oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize and work independently.. 3 years experience. Hours 8-4:30. Must have a car.
