Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist with a specialization in Hand Therapy? We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Fairfield, CA. This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week, with schedules primarily Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional Occupational Therapy services, with a focus on Hand Therapy, to patients in need.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.

**Requirements:**
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of California.
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification preferred.
- Previous experience in Hand Therapy or related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
