Position Overview

We are seeking a High Volume Sales Managers to lead and grow our sales team. This individual must be a dynamic leader with a proven ability to drive high sales volumes, manage a team of sales professionals, and contribute to the company’s overall growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing, restoration, or construction sales and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals

• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution
