Nova Jax Warehouse LLC is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee all operations at our Jacksonville, FL 32209 facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effective leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Oversee inventory control, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
• Maintain equipment and machinery, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Forklift certification is a significant plus.
