Torch @ GLASSHAÜS is looking for a front of house leader to build a bar program and to coordinate events for a growing social club within Nashville's premier glassblowing studio. Top candidates will work a flexible schedule, with equal parts planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of bartenders and baristas, including menu creation, training, and problem solving.

• Serve as Captain for public and private events ranging from 10 to 110 attendees.

• Act as expert with the tools and equipment of a little café with big ambitions.

• Guide the technical aspects and use of point of sale and event management software.

• Ideal schedule includes up to 30 hours as a bartender and 10 hours coordinating events.
