Duties

• Assist the optometrist during examinations by preparing patients and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with medical office standards.
• Provide education to patients regarding eye health, contact lens care, and eyewear options.
• Handle front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient clinic operations and excellent patient experiences.
