Facilities Maintenance Technician
Pay: $20–$25/hour
Location: On-site | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance across facilities

• Troubleshoot and address minor maintenance issues (lighting, doors, fixtures, etc.)

• Conduct safety checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Support janitorial needs and maintain the cleanliness of spaces

• Handle basic landscaping, painting, carpentry, and caulking tasks

• Assist with HVAC, plumbing upkeep, and occasional light construction (walls, ceilings)

• Proactively identify and resolve facility concerns

What You Bring:

• Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude—always looking for things to fix or improve

• Some hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, or general handyman work

• Coachability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift, bend, and work in a physically active role

• A valid driver’s license and strong sense of responsibility
