RCI, INC - Scottsdale Shadows is excited to announce this exceptional career opportunity sure to intrigue the energetic professional eager to complete their work schedule in just two consecutive shifts weekly – with five days off – while thriving in a hospitality environment highly focused on providing superior service to our residents and guests. Additional hours to round out a 40-hour work week may be available on an “as needed” basis.
Part Time – Nights / Weekday Schedule:
You’ll work 12-hour shifts beginning at 7 PM and ending at 7:30 AM on Wednesday and Thursday. Your training period may be spent during other hours to accommodate the orientation process. Additional hours to round out a 40-hour work week may be available on an “as needed” basis.

Compensation: Up to $20.14 per hour.
Key Responsibilities Include:Community

• Greet and document all arrivals while stationed at the Gatehouse.

• Use prescribed automated tools to report incidents as required.

• Patrol the property to ensure a comfortable environment for all residents and guests.

• Follow a detailed checklist to conduct a regular inspection of buildings and amenities.

• Open and close community amenities.

• Uphold all company policies, goals, and values.

• Participate in training as requested.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• A past track history of employment stability

• One year of security experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

• Friendly and positive professional demeanor required.

• Strong technology skills required.

• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
