Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Englewood Orthopedic Associates. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including managing staff schedules, ensuring efficient workflow, coordinating patient appointments, overseeing billing and insurance processes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in healthcare administration or medical practice management
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding processes
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
