Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Customer Financial Representative in Rio Rancho, NM to help clients achieve their financial goals by delivering personalized banking solutions. In this role, you'll build strong relationships, provide expert guidance on financial products, and support clients through both service and sales interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and strengthen client relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending tailored products and services
• Provide support and customized solutions in response to customer inquiries and concerns
• Open and manage banking products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), IRAs, and personal loans
• Refer clients to licensed financial partners as appropriate
• Provide accurate rate, term, and product information for financial solutions
• Ensure compliance and manage risk across all client transactions using internal tools and guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong passion for client service and helping others achieve financial stability
• Ability to build rapport, explain options clearly, and handle objections professionally
• Flexible schedule including potential weekend and holiday shifts
• Open to ongoing coaching and performance feedback
• Comfortable with new technology, systems, and processes
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Banking or financial industry experience
• Experience in a call center or phone-based customer service/sales role
