Express Employment Professionals has an production facility client is seeking an experienced Embroidery Lead to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who has a strong technical background in embroidery and is looking to grow into a leadership role over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor industrial embroidery machines

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs

• Follow scheduled maintenance protocols

• Produce samples and complete embroidery orders accurately

• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years embroidery and machine experience

• Comfortable communicating in English and Spanish (fluency preferred)

• Basic mechanical skills for machine upkeep

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing or supervising a team
