We're seeking a Roofing Advisor who shares our commitment to helping homeowners protect their most valuable investment through consultative guidance, not pushy sales tactics.
The Role
As a Roofing Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted consultant to homeowners, helping them navigate roofing decisions with empathy and expertise. You'll join a small, supportive sales team where collaboration and customer care come first.
What You'll Do:
- Build genuine relationships with homeowners, understanding their unique needs and concerns
- Provide expert guidance on roofing solutions, repairs, and replacements
- Complete our comprehensive training program, followed by mentorship from experienced team members
- Manage the entire customer journey, ensuring exceptional experiences from first contact through project completion
- Generate new opportunities through:
- Professional presentations (minimum 2 per month) to realtors, insurance agents, and HOA groups
- Referrals and community connections
- Participation in marketing events, home shows, and Chamber after-hours networking (occasional evenings)
- Maintain accurate records in company CRM system
- Continuously expand your roofing knowledge and consultative skills
- Embody and practice Spann Roofing's Core Values in all interactions
- Work collaboratively with our close-knit team to maintain our legacy of exceptional service

What Makes You a Great Fit
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree OR two years of relevant work experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and safely climb ladders
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
