Job Title: Electronic Assembler
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role:

Client is seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the precise layout, wiring, assembly, and troubleshooting of electronic and electrical components that power our high-quality, industry-leading products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and wire electronic components and systems to certified specifications

• Perform crimping, soldering, and wire harness assembly with a high level of precision

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly

• Position, align, and fit components for assembly using hand and power tools

• Assemble LED panels and integrated wiring systems

• Bolt, rivet, and fasten assembled components

• Troubleshoot and repair assembled parts by dismantling and reshaping where necessary

• Regularly lift, carry, and move heavy materials (50–100 lbs.) overhead and off the ground

• Perform functional tests to ensure product quality and compliance prior to final inspection

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in electronic assembly

• Strong technical knowledge and ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specs

• Familiarity with hand tools, clamps, presses, and general fabrication equipment

• Good understanding of quality control practices and safety standards

• Excellent manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Must be physically fit to perform tasks that require heavy lifting and overhead work
