We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team of sales professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through phone-based sales activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients. In this position, you'll receive support during your first week and ongoing coaching in the weeks to follow. However, you must quickly become self-sufficient and handle calls independently. If you're able to adapt quickly and drive strong sales, this job will be both manageable and rewarding. We're looking for motivated individuals who thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.

  • Engage with prospects by delivering informative and persuasive sales presentations, demonstrating the value of our products or services.

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and competitive landscape to effectively address customer needs and concerns.

  • Manage a sales pipeline and track progress through our CRM system, ensuring that all interactions and follow-up tasks are properly documented.

  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and other teams within the organization to identify opportunities for cross-selling and account expansion.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, continuously striving to improve performance and achieve personal and company goals.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that all client inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in phone-based sales, with a successful track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience navigating complex sales cycles and handling objections.

  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.

  • Experience with CRM software and Must be computer savvy

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Compensation, Benefits & Hours:

  • Hourly versus commission and performance-based bonuses, with uncapped earning potential.

  • Minimum of 4 hours/day

  • 6 days/week (Monday–Saturday or Monday–Friday + Sunday)

  • Must work at least 21 hours per week to qualify for hourly pay

  • How You’re Paid? Biweekly pay via direct deposit

  • Training will be only for one day for $14 and it will be a 5 hour zoom class.

  • After training, you can earn: $14–$45/hour based on performance (starting at 2.5+ leads/hr.) Or commission per lead if weekly targets aren’t met

  • The first week of training you will be required to work anywhere from 3pm to 10pm just for training hours (Minimum 4 hours). The second week will be anytime from 9am to 10pm as long as 21 hours are met for the week
