Team Member Job Duties and Description:

A Curry Pizza House team member is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that orders are prepared and served quickly and accurately. They may also be responsible for taking orders over the phone or online, preparing food, cleaning the restaurant, and helping with other tasks as needed. Team members must be friendly, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

A Team Member typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately

• Prepare food items according to company standards, including pizza, salads, desserts, and beverages

• Operate cash registers and handle money transactions with accuracy

• Maintain a clean work area, including counters, tables, floors, and kitchen equipment

• Assist in stocking supplies and ingredients as needed

• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverage products

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly, courteous service

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints

• Upsell additional menu items when appropriate

• Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as necessary
