Job Description

Docmatics Billing Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis. As a 1099 contractor, you will focus on selling our revenue cycle management services, to medical practices across the United States. This is a high-earning opportunity for self-starters with a passion for sales and the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients, including medical practices, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to close deals.
• Present and demonstrate the value of Docmatics Billing Solutions’ revenue cycle services to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new accounts.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, medical billing, or revenue cycle management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote, contract-based role.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing processes or revenue cycle management is a plus.
• Access to reliable internet and phone for remote work.
• Existing network or ability to generate leads in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.

Compensation

• Generous Commission Structure: Earn 15% of the monthly revenue for each account you close, paid for the lifetime of the account.
