Now Hiring: Remote Donation Database Coordinator (1-Year Temp)

Are you a detail-driven professional with nonprofit donation processing experience? We’re looking for a Donation coordinator  to lead a team supporting a respected nonprofit client.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Supervise and support a remote donation processing team
✅ Ensure accurate, timely donation entry and donor acknowledgments
✅ Manage daily workflows and client communication
✅ Maintain and improve gift processing procedures
✅ Train and coach staff in a collaborative, remote environment

What You’ll Need:
✔️ 2+ years’ supervisory experience in nonprofit gift processing or data operations
✔️ Familiarity with donor management systems (like Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce NPSP)- DEALBREAKER!!!!
✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills

100% Remote | 1-Year Temp | ⏰ Mon–Fri 9–5 EST | Competitive Pay
