The major responsibilities of this job are to assist individuals with various activities of daily living such as; grooming, bathing, feeding, light meal preparation, laundry and errands. Having prior working experience as a caregiver is a requirement. Applicants MUST be able to lift patient from bed to chair and from the chair to the bathroom and know how to use the Hoyer Lift. Applicants are required to have a clean background history as well as a flexible work schedule.

• Please note that some lifting is required with client.

Available hours are: Morning Hours:

• Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm;

Evening Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 4pm to 10pm;
• Weekend - Saturday and Sunday 10am to 10pm.

Some lifting is involved helping patient from bed to the chair and from the chair to the bathroom. Patient's weight is 160 lbs. but feels heavier because patient is unable to help.

You must drive and own a car for ease of travelling and punctuality.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
